India is one of the largest consumers of LPG in the world. Every day millions of households across the country rely on LPG cylinders for cooking. According to energy estimates, India’s daily LPG consumption is around 55,000 to 60,000 metric tons.
This huge demand comes from more than 30 crore LPG consumers across India. Domestic cooking remains the largest source of LPG usage, followed by hotels, restaurants, and small businesses.
