4. Payments
All online payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment service providers (Payment Gateways). By completing a payment, you confirm that:
- You are making the contribution voluntarily.
- You understand the non-government nature of this portal.
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or Wallets).
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Payment & Refund Policy.
- If a payment was charged incorrectly or duplicated due to a technical error, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
- To request a refund, users must provide the Transaction ID, payment date, and a valid reason via our support email.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience any payment discrepancy, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer.
If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to present transaction logs, IP addresses, checked user consent agreements, account registration details, and communication history to the payment gateway or financial institution to defend against unauthorized dispute claims.
